The pistons are produced using gravity casting or hydraulic forging, followed by heat treatment in an automatic implant with hot water quenching. Machining is performed using CNC machines and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Each piston undergoes manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons feature a Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction, and a new Phosphate Coating for enhanced durability and adhesion. This piston is GRADE C and measures 66.36mm with twin rings.
