Husqvarna TE 150i 2021-2023 Grade C 57.96mm Single Ring

Vertex Performance Cast Two-Stroke Piston

Experience precision engineering with the Vertex two-stroke piston, specifically designed to meet the demands of high-performance engines. This single-ring piston is gravity cast from a premium aluminum alloy featuring an 18% silicon content, ensuring superior durability and optimal performance on the track or the trail.

The high silicon content is integral to the design, providing two primary advantages. First, it significantly decreases thermal expansion, allowing the piston to maintain its geometry once it reaches operating temperature. This characteristic enables the use of tighter tolerances compared to forged alternatives, resulting in improved power delivery and enhanced performance. Second, the silicon content improves wear resistance, which protects the piston skirt and extends the overall service life of the component.
