GALFER Caliper Adapter +20mm. This adapter is used to position the caliper when changing to a larger brake disc. Specifically, it allows mounting brake discs with an outer diameter 20mm larger. The adapter is a radial adapter (post mount system) designed to mount bigger brake discs. To install, four bolts are required: two to fix to the caliper and two to fix to the fork (front) or frame (rear). This system ensures the caliper is securely attached and correctly positioned relative to the brake disc, preventing vibrations and disc deformation. The adapter SB002 allows mounting discs with an outer diameter 20mm bigger. Reference conversions: SB002 PM to PM Front ø160 to ø180, ø180 to ø203, ø203 to ø223. SB002 PM to PM Rear ø160 to ø180, ø180 to ø203. PM means Post Mount (Radial). IS means International Standard (Axial). The adapter is supplied with two bolts with washers.
