DEP steel exhaust pipe Honda CR 250R 1988

TheDEP steel exhaust pipe is a two stroke exhaust pipe made by DEP Pipes from CR1 grade mild steel. An exhaust pipe carries exhaust gases from the engine to the silencer.

DEP Steel Exhaust Pipe Features

• Stampings are produced through DEP's own deep drawer process, using CNC cylinder mounts and in-house laser cut mounting brackets, fabricated with high quality TIG and MIG welding.
• Designed to improve performance over the OE pipe, with in-house dyno and track testing.
• Fit the pipe loosely to the mounting points; only tighten fixings after fitting the silencer.
• Some pipes have flat areas for frame, engine and water hose clearance; other flats can be added to ensure adequate clearances.
• Jetting: run the bike for five minutes under normal riding conditions and check the spark plug; the tip colour should be biscuit brown. Advised jetting: use stock jetting.

During use exhaust systems get hot. To avoid danger of burning, do not remove or touch until adequate cooling time has been allowed.
