Hot Rods connecting rod kit designed for Honda TRX420 Rancher and TRX500 Foreman ATVs. Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58–62 Rc for durability. Features the latest caged needle roller bearing designs for high RPM reliability. Big end design includes side scalloping and vent slots to minimize bearing race distortion under high RPM conditions. Shot-peened to eliminate surface stress risers and blend rod forging radiuses. Double-honed bearing surfaces ensure ultra-roundness for high RPM performance. Small ends are double-drilled to enhance lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing. Complete assembly includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, and top-end bearing. Center-to-Center Length: 118 mm. Big End Inner Diameter: 44 mm. Big End Width: 20 mm. Small End Inner Diameter: 19 mm. Small End Width: 20 mm. Crank Pin Length: 57 mm. Washer Thickness: 1 mm. Included Components: (1) Connecting Rod, (1) Crank Pin, (1) Big-End Bearing, (2) Thrust Washers, (16) Bearing Rollers.
