This off-road clutch rebuild kit from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive take-up and control for competition and off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and alloy-impregnated, cork-based friction material construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit with friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for selected KTM four-stroke models in engine clutch applications. Features include a complete rebuild kit intended to restore original clutch stack height, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings designed to resist swelling and heat fade, steel separator plates supplied to reduce driven plate wear and maintain consistent engagement, and heavy-duty springs approximately 10-15% uprated to reduce slip under load.
