This dirt racer clutch set from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, pin-planished steel intermediate plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable. Features include anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based friction facings for smooth clutch take-up and controlled modulation, pin-planished steel intermediate plates to improve oil spread across clutch surfaces and reduce heat fade, and heavy-duty clutch springs uprated by around 10-15% to maintain clamping force. This is a full rebuild kit format to restore correct clutch stack height rather than replacing friction plates only. Friction plates should be pre-soaked in drive-case oil before installation.
