ACF-50 Anti-Corrosion Formula is a cutting-edge anti-corrosion and lubricant compound, originally developed for the demanding requirements of the aerospace industry. This ultra-thin fluid film compound is designed for annual application and actively combats corrosion by penetrating existing corrosion deposits. It emulsifies and encapsulates the electrolyte, lifting it away from the metal surface. ACF-50 then dispels moisture and forms an atmospheric barrier, preventing further moisture contact and keeping corrosion inactive.

This advanced formula continuously penetrates and creeps into tight seams, lap joints, micro-cracks, and around rivet heads, effectively dissipating moisture, including saltwater, in these vulnerable areas. ACF-50's unique protective properties remain effective for up to 12 months, gradually being consumed over time.

When applied to new metal, ACF-50 creates a self-healing barrier that prevents corrosion from forming. It remains physically and chemically effective for up to two years.

Importantly, ACF-50 functions as an excellent lubricant without containing wax, resin, silicone, or Teflon compounds that can impede mechanisms, block drain holes, or trap moisture. While primarily used in aviation, ACF-50 is suitable for any application where corrosion is a concern, including interior metal surfaces, structural assemblies, micro switches, avionic components, and solenoids/motors.
