The rules for earning with 2Bros Parts.

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 2Bros Parts affiliate programme, operated as part of the 2brosparts.com website by 2BROS MCS LTD.

By joining the programme you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Registered 2Bros Parts customers may apply to join (our affiliates are also known as Brand Ambassadors). We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. Once approved, you choose your code and give your payment details, and your link becomes active.

You must provide accurate bank details in your own name, or in the name of a business you are authorised to receive payment on behalf of. You are responsible for keeping those details up to date.

Each affiliate has one personal code and link, in the form 2brosparts.com/r/YOURCODE. Adding ?ref=YOURCODE to any 2Bros Parts link works the same way. When someone follows your link we store a cookie in their browser for 30 days.

• If a customer follows more than one affiliate link, the most recently clicked link is credited.
• You may change your code. Your previous link then stops working immediately, but customers who followed it within the previous 30 days are still credited to you. A previous code stays reserved for you and is never given to anyone else.
• You may not earn commission on your own purchases.
• Trade account orders are excluded from the programme.
• If the customer clears their cookies, or the cookie expires, the referral cannot be tracked.

The standard commission rate is 5% of the value of the products in the referred order, after any discount applied at checkout and excluding VAT. Delivery charges, delivery surcharges, fees and taxes are excluded.

A small number of products do not earn commission. They are listed in your affiliate dashboard. When an order contains one, the rest of the order still earns as normal.

Commission is always calculated and paid in GBP. Where a customer paid in another currency, the amount is converted using the exchange rate recorded against that order at the time of purchase.

We may vary your commission rate at any time. Any change applies only to referrals made after the change takes effect; commission you have already earned is unaffected.

Commission is held as pending for 30 days from the date of the order, to allow for returns and cancellations. After that period it becomes due and is included in the next monthly payout run.

Commission is cancelled and will not be paid if:

• the order is cancelled;
• the order is refunded in full; or
• we determine that the referral was made in breach of these terms.

Where an order is partially refunded before its commission has been paid, the commission is reduced in proportion to the value refunded. Commission that has already been paid to you is not reclaimed if the order is refunded later.

Due commission is paid by bank transfer at the end of each calendar month, provided your due balance is at least £20.00. Balances below that threshold roll over to the following month until the minimum is reached. Nothing is lost by rolling over.

We are not liable for payments sent to bank details you have supplied incorrectly. You can review and correct your details at any time from your affiliate dashboard.

Commission is paid gross. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commission you receive.

You must not:

• bid on 2Bros Parts brand terms in paid search;
• send unsolicited email or messages containing your links;
• misrepresent yourself as 2Bros Parts, or imply that we endorse you;
• make false or misleading claims about our products;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other artificial means of generating referrals;
• post your links on coupon, cashback, or discount-code sites without our written permission; or
• promote 2Bros Parts on sites containing illegal, adult, or hateful content.

We may block your affiliate account at any time and at our sole discretion. If we block you, your link stops earning new commission immediately.

Commission you have already earned remains payable and will still be paid, unless it was earned in breach of these terms.

You may leave the programme at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the programme after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
