FUSION 2-RING CHAIN WHEEL REAR SPROCKET Steel+Alloy. The Mino Fusion Series rear sprockets feature two rings for lightweight durability. The inner ring is high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium and the outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. The outer ring is expanded at 200C and fitted to the inner, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. Features include a special hardened steel outer ring for maximum lifespan combined with low weight, CAD designed, CNC machined and laser cut using state of the art technology, precise manufacturing interlocks both rings eliminating all movement, sector optimized layout for maximum strength and lowest weight, inner ring is color anodized coated for extra strength and durability, and race proven on the toughest sand tracks in the Netherlands & Belgium.
