The motor delivers 1800 W (2.5 hp) at a rated speed of 4500 rpm and features a 9T sprocket for T8F chain. The CE-approved, brushless DC motor includes hall sensors. The two-mode brushless controller has automatic motor phase angle identification, supporting multiple control functions including three-speed selection (shift and jog modes), cruise control, reverse gear input, PAS input, and both low-level and high-level brake inputs. It also includes an accelerator (throttle) handle interface with regulated sensor supply, an electric door lock input with a conduction wire for key switch circuits, and anti-theft alarm power and signal interfaces. Diagnostic meter outputs are available for multi-data, hall, and phase meters. The controller's nominal voltage is 48 V with a current limit of 32 A and a rated power of 1800 W. Comprehensive wiring is brought out to clearly identified leads. Basic wiring and debugging guidance is included; no instructions are provided. Note: Headlight/horn/tail-light supply is not driven directly by the controller and requires use of the vehicle harness or a suitable DC converter. For 12 V vehicle lights, a DC converter from battery voltage (e.g. 24-84 V to 12 V) is recommended as per the guidance.
