MINO REAR SPROCKET FUSION 2-RING. Part No. SR806-52.AF.RD. This is a chain wheel rear sprocket made from steel and alloy. It features a unique flat face design that keeps weight to a minimum and makes the 2-RING FUSION as narrow as a regular sprocket. The inner ring is constructed from high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium and the outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. The outer ring is expanded at 200 C and then fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. The FUSION SERIES features CAD designed, CNC machined, and laser cut components using state-of-the-art technology. The precise manufacturing interlocks both rings, eliminating all movement. It has a sector optimized layout for maximum strength and lowest weight. The inner ring is color anodized coated for extra strength and durability. This sprocket has been race proven on the toughest sand tracks in the Netherlands & Belgium. Weight is 762 grams.
