TYGRIS GLOSS WHITE AEROSOL SPRAY PAINT 400ML ACRYLIC RAL9010 is an acrylic-based gloss white aerosol topcoat in RAL 9010. It is suitable for professional finishes on most substrates with high opacity and excellent adhesion. Supplied in a 400 ml can with two interchangeable nozzles for controlled application. This paint provides flexibility, excellent adhesion, and wear and scratch resistance. It can be applied over previously painted surfaces. The paint is touch-dry and ready for overcoating in approximately 15 minutes and fully dry within 24 hours. Coverage is approximately 1.5–2 m² per can. Composition includes pigments, nitro-cellulose binder, solvents, and hydrocarbon propellants. Flash point is <0°C. VOC content is approx. 91%. Solids content is approx. 9%. Maximum temperature in use is 110°C. Storage temperature should be below 50°C. Always consult the safety data sheet prior to use and wear suitable personal protective equipment. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Apply primer first for uneven surfaces, complete colour changes, or extra protection. Prepare the surface with light sanding for good adhesion. Shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes before use. Adjust nozzle for desired spray pattern and apply in a number of light coats with a sweeping action from 25–30 cm. After use, invert the can and spray to clear the nozzle. Dispose of used aerosols in line with local and national regulations.
