Features a 54mm bore with part number NX-40009-B. This high-performance piston assembly is engineered in the USA and manufactured in Taiwan. Constructed from high-silicon content Hypereutectic cast aluminum for reduced heat expansion, tighter clearances, increased hardness, longer life, and reduced scuffing. Machined, smooth piston crowns minimize carbon buildup, enhance horsepower, and improve fuel economy. Hard anodized crowns offer 75% greater strength and minimal expansion, reducing the risk of cold seizures. Teflon/Molybdenum coated skirts (MOS2) reduce friction and heat for increased power and longevity. Namura rings match OEM design. Includes fractional oversize piston (B .0004 in.).
