Designed specifically for high-revving race environments, this piston utilizes advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure optimal power delivery and durability under intense heat and pressure.\n\n### Advanced Material Construction\n\nVertex pistons are crafted from premium Low-Ex (low expansion) silicon-charged aluminium alloys. The manufacturing process utilizes gravity casting and hydraulic forging, followed by a sophisticated heat treatment in an automated HT implant to refine the material structure and ensure superior strength.\n\n### Key Features\n\n \n- Precision Engineering: Machined using state-of-the-art CNC software and diamond-tipped tools to achieve exact tolerances and specific surface finishes.\n \n- Molybdenum Bisulphite Coating: A specialized black coating reduces friction during the critical break-in period and throughout the piston's service life.\n \n- Phosphate Coating Technology: Inspired by Formula One engine development, this coating increases surface hardness and creates a light porosity, which significantly enhances the adhesion and durability of the Molybdenum finish.\n \n- Rigorous Quality Control: Each piston undergoes both manual and automatic inspection processes to meet the highest standards of manufacturing excellence.\n\n### Engineered for Performance\n\nWhether you are competing on the track or maintaining your bike for competitive riding, this Grade A race piston provides the consistency and performance needed to keep your engine running at its peak. The combination of high-tech coatings and precision-forged alloys ensures that this component stands up to the rigors of racing while minimizing internal wear.","weightGrams":null,"fitments":[],"collections":[],"links":{"page":"https://www.2brosparts.com/products/kawasaki-kx-85-2001-2022-grade-a-4844mm-single-ring-race-piston","buyOneNow":null,"basketWithThis":null}},"market":{"country":"GB","countryName":"United Kingdom","locale":"en-gb","currency":"GBP","exchangeRateFromGbp":1,"pricesIncludeUkVat":true,"checkoutTax":null,"delivery":[{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £15.00–£59.99 · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":4.99,"formatted":"£4.99"},"free":false,"minimumOrder":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00","gbp":0},"weightGrams":null},{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £60.00 and up · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00"},"free":true,"minimumOrder":{"amount":60,"formatted":"£60.00","gbp":60},"weightGrams":null}],"storeUrl":"https://www.2brosparts.com"},"navigate":{"start":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent","search":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/search/GB/{words+joined+with+plus}"},"howToBuy":{"summary":"Build a basket for the shopper and give them one checkout link.
