Designed for demanding conditions, this piston is manufactured using advanced Low-Ex silicon-charged aluminium alloys to ensure structural integrity and thermal stability throughout the engine's power range.\n\nEvery Vertex piston undergoes a sophisticated gravity casting or hydraulic forging process, followed by precision heat treatment to refine the material structure. This ensures that the component can withstand the rigors of competitive riding. The machining is carried out using state-of-the-art CNC technology and diamond-tipped tooling to achieve exacting tolerances and specific surface finishes tailored to your engine requirements.\n\n### Key Features\n\n \n- Advanced Alloy Composition: Constructed from Low-Ex (low expansion) silicon-charged aluminium to minimize wear and prevent seizure under high temperatures.\n \n- Dual Coating Technology: Features a Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating to reduce friction during the break-in process and improve overall performance.\n \n- Enhanced Durability: Incorporates a phosphate coating that provides a slight increase in surface hardness and improves the adhesion of the Molybdenum layer, effectively doubling the lifespan of the coating.\n \n- Rigorous Quality Control: Each piston is subjected to thorough manual and automatic inspection processes to ensure it meets the highest manufacturing standards.\n \n- Optimized Design: This +2.00mm oversize piston (55.95mm diameter) is designed to restore engine compression and power in refurbished or bored cylinders.\n\nBy utilizing cutting-edge material science and manufacturing techniques derived from Formula One racing, Vertex delivers a piston that offers an ideal balance of friction reduction, durability, and consistent power output.","weightGrams":null,"fitments":[],"collections":[],"links":{"page":"https://www.2brosparts.com/products/kawasaki-kx-125-1992-1993-200mm-oversize-5595mm-single-ring-piston","buyOneNow":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/checkout/GB/c25b7ed33a76:1","basketWithThis":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/basket/GB/c25b7ed33a76:1"}},"market":{"country":"GB","countryName":"United Kingdom","locale":"en-gb","currency":"GBP","exchangeRateFromGbp":1,"pricesIncludeUkVat":true,"checkoutTax":null,"delivery":[{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £15.00–£59.99 · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":4.99,"formatted":"£4.99"},"free":false,"minimumOrder":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00","gbp":0},"weightGrams":null},{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £60.00 and up · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00"},"free":true,"minimumOrder":{"amount":60,"formatted":"£60.00","gbp":60},"weightGrams":null}],"storeUrl":"https://www.2brosparts.com"},"navigate":{"start":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent","search":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/search/GB/{words+joined+with+plus}"},"howToBuy":{"summary":"Build a basket for the shopper and give them one checkout link.
