Manufactured by leading Japanese OEM factories, these kits are designed to meet exact specifications, offering a cost effective alternative to original equipment without compromising on performance or longevity.\n\nEvery rod is double forged on dedicated forgings. This specialized process improves grain flow, which ensures superior strength, enhanced durability, and consistent dimensions throughout the component. To further improve reliability, the rods undergo shot peening and barreling. These processes refine the surface texture, eliminate residual stress, and create a smooth finish that allows the rod to perform under the most extreme riding conditions.\n\n### Key Features\n\n \n- Precision Engineering: Designed to meet exact OEM specifications for a perfect fit and reliable operation.\n \n- Double Forged Construction: Enhanced grain flow provides maximum strength and structural integrity.\n \n- Shot Peening and Barreling: Surface treatments remove residual stress and optimize the texture of the rod for improved lifespan.\n \n- Optimized Oiling System: Precisely located oiling slots maximize lubrication to the lower rod, significantly extending the life of the big end bearing.\n \n- Complete Kit: Includes the connecting rod, crankpin, big end bearing, small end bearing, and necessary washers for a comprehensive installation.","weightGrams":null,"fitments":[],"collections":[],"links":{"page":"https://www.2brosparts.com/products/suzuki-rmz-450-2008-2012-con-rod","buyOneNow":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/checkout/GB/9edce6aa8965:1","basketWithThis":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/basket/GB/9edce6aa8965:1"}},"market":{"country":"GB","countryName":"United Kingdom","locale":"en-gb","currency":"GBP","exchangeRateFromGbp":1,"pricesIncludeUkVat":true,"checkoutTax":null,"delivery":[{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £15.00–£59.99 · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":4.99,"formatted":"£4.99"},"free":false,"minimumOrder":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00","gbp":0},"weightGrams":null},{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £60.00 and up · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00"},"free":true,"minimumOrder":{"amount":60,"formatted":"£60.00","gbp":60},"weightGrams":null}],"storeUrl":"https://www.2brosparts.com"},"navigate":{"start":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent","search":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/search/GB/{words+joined+with+plus}"},"howToBuy":{"summary":"Build a basket for the shopper and give them one checkout link.
