Engineered with advanced\n CNC machining, it ensures dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm for precise fitment.\n The piston's smooth profile promotes regular flow and optimal flame propagation,\n while some skirt designs feature a molybdenum disulfide coating to further reduce friction\n and increase longevity. Each piston is rigorously tested on dynamometer benches\n and on the track to validate performance in extreme conditions.\n\n This kit includes the piston, pin, circlips, and piston rings. The piston rings,\n produced in Japan with wear-resistant coatings (PVD or chromium nitride),\n minimize friction with the cylinder for improved performance and durability.\n They are designed to adapt perfectly to the cylinder liner even under low tangential load.\n All components in the kit are replaceable and interchangeable.\n\n#### Key Features:\n\n \n- Piston Type: Forged\n \n- Bore Diameter: 95.46 mm\n \n- Piston Pin Type: Biconical\n \n- Number Of Segments: 2\n \n- Compression Height: 22.20 mm\n \n- Compression Ratio: 12.0:1\n \n- Displacement: 450 cc\n \n- Big End Pin Diameter: 19x10x45 mm\n \n- Net Weight: 0.33 Kg","weightGrams":null,"fitments":[{"make":"SUZUKI","model":"RM-Z 450","cc":null,"notes":null,"years":"2005–2007"}],"collections":[{"name":"Engine","url":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/collection/GB/engine"},{"name":"Pistons & Kits","url":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/collection/GB/pistons-kits"}],"links":{"page":"https://www.2brosparts.com/products/piston-kit-b-96mm-suzuki-rm-z-450-05-07-athena-s5f09550001b","buyOneNow":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/checkout/GB/951e0bc17f57:1","basketWithThis":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/basket/GB/951e0bc17f57:1"}},"market":{"country":"GB","countryName":"United Kingdom","locale":"en-gb","currency":"GBP","exchangeRateFromGbp":1,"pricesIncludeUkVat":true,"checkoutTax":null,"delivery":[{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £15.00–£59.99 · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":4.99,"formatted":"£4.99"},"free":false,"minimumOrder":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00","gbp":0},"weightGrams":null},{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £60.00 and up · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00"},"free":true,"minimumOrder":{"amount":60,"formatted":"£60.00","gbp":60},"weightGrams":null}],"storeUrl":"https://www.2brosparts.com"},"navigate":{"start":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent","search":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/search/GB/{words+joined+with+plus}"},"howToBuy":{"summary":"Build a basket for the shopper and give them one checkout link.
