This kit is designed for high compression applications and is made in Germany. Wossner forged pistons offer superior strength and design, engineered to efficiently transfer combustion chamber heat to cylinder walls. The elliptical design ensures a uniform bearing surface under heat expansion, preventing localized pressure and distributing thrust loads evenly to avoid piston collapse. Specifications include a lock P/N of CW20, pin P/N of WP029, and ring set P/N of 950ADS-2. The kit has a display volume of 510 cm3, a hub stroke of 72.00mm, and a clearance of 0.05mm. The Wossner compression ratio is 12.50:1, with an OEM compression ratio of 11.00:1. Dome volume is +4.60 cm3, and compression height is 23.50mm. Designed for optimal combustion chamber heat transfer and designed to withstand extreme operating conditions, this piston kit offers exceptional durability and reliability.\n\n#### Key Features:\n\n\t\n- Forged Construction: Made from high-quality forged aluminum for exceptional strength and lighter weight compared to cast pistons.\n\t\n- Elliptical Design: Features an elliptical piston skirt design that compensates for heat expansion, ensuring a uniform bearing surface and even thrust load distribution. This prevents localized pressure points and piston collapse under extreme heat.\n\t\n- High Compression Ratio: Offers a Wossner compression ratio of 12.50:1, significantly increasing power output compared to the OEM 11.00:1 ratio.\n\t\n- Precision Machining: Manufactured with tight tolerances for a perfect fit and optimal performance.\n\t\n- Made in Germany: Ensures high-quality German engineering and manufacturing standards.\n\n#### Kit Components:\n\n\t\n- Piston\n\t\n- Lock P/N: CW20\n\t\n- Pin P/N: WP029\n\t\n- Ring Set P/N: 950ADS-2\n\n#### Specifications:\n\n\t\n- Bore: 95.02mm\n\t\n- Oversize: +0.02\n\t\n- Display (cm3): 510\n\t\n- Hub Stroke (mm): 72.00\n\t\n- Clearance (mm): 0.05\n\t\n- Dome Volume (cm3): +4.60\n\t\n- Compression Height (mm): 23.50\n\t\n- Weight (Grams): 414","weightGrams":null,"fitments":[],"collections":[{"name":"Engine","url":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/collection/GB/engine"},{"name":"Pistons & Kits","url":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/collection/GB/pistons-kits"}],"links":{"page":"https://www.2brosparts.com/products/piston-kit-ktm-520-525-exc-sx-wossner-8637dc-ktm-00-09-hc","buyOneNow":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/checkout/GB/929d26116bf4:1","basketWithThis":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/basket/GB/929d26116bf4:1"}},"market":{"country":"GB","countryName":"United Kingdom","locale":"en-gb","currency":"GBP","exchangeRateFromGbp":1,"pricesIncludeUkVat":true,"checkoutTax":null,"delivery":[{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £15.00–£59.99 · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":4.99,"formatted":"£4.99"},"free":false,"minimumOrder":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00","gbp":0},"weightGrams":null},{"name":"Standard","description":"Orders £60.00 and up · 2–4 business days","carrier":null,"estimatedDays":"2–4 business days","price":{"amount":0,"formatted":"£0.00"},"free":true,"minimumOrder":{"amount":60,"formatted":"£60.00","gbp":60},"weightGrams":null}],"storeUrl":"https://www.2brosparts.com"},"navigate":{"start":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent","search":"https://www.2brosparts.com/api/agent/search/GB/{words+joined+with+plus}"},"howToBuy":{"summary":"Build a basket for the shopper and give them one checkout link.
